Karen E @karenandrich.bsky.social · 05/10/2026Girls have PE? We didn't have PE at the Catholic girls' school I went to. The system thought if we did anything athletic, we'd lose the most important organ in our female bodies--our uterus. It would just fall out if we did jumping jacks. 110
LindaMK @lindamk.bsky.social · 05/10/2026That's crazy!! I'm sorry that you experienced that. There was never an issue at the Catholic schools I went to. Elementary school and an all-girls high school. Regular PE and sports. Maybe it kept the nuns from having to talk about uteruses 😀 110
