FYI, those canvassers collecting signatures for "increased 911 response times" work for the "Portland Enhanced Community Safety Initiative" (Safer Portland). They want to steal 25% of the Portland Clean Energy Community Benefits fund, which we voted for, in order to hire more cops. 1/2
