Few people understand the scale and immediacy of the risks we face or the extraordinary opportunities that come with decisive action. 1156

So, though UK is doing well decarbonising electricity there's very little progress in most other sectors. Emissions fell by only 1.8% last year - that that's before imports, ✈️🚢 and military. 1144
