Brian @brianconeill.bsky.social · 11/10/2026Fraud isn’t spread evenly, 1 per district. It clusters where someone runs a scheme. Take NC-9 in 2018 and Paterson NJ in 2020. Both were voided over ballot fraud in a single locality. Do you not want to do everything possible to get as close to zero. Especially because of circumstances like 110
