Wasn't it thanks to the Voting Rights Act that he was able to get on SCOTUS in the first place?
Not that he was a good nomination for the Court either, getting on because they ignored Anita Hill's testimony.
He's proven himself corrupt, taking bribes without recusing himself from cases.
