Long Story short: - Hurt self snowboarding, had to get x-ray, showed I had a broken l1, went to diff hospital to get ctscan, they said i should go to a trauma 1 center. Prepped for surgery mentally only to get an MRI and they learned...

Yikes! I'm trying to think of a silver lining. Uh. At least you've gotten a good story out if it? An expensive and very painful story out if it. Okay not much of a silver lining Hope the recovery goes well and that things get a little better with each passing day.
