meeting my own dead body (24-04-28)

a white anthro dog looks at it's own dead body, painted bright red.

the dog looks off to the side thinking "doesn't it ever end?"

the dog sits at its body, looking down. "can't i go one week?" it asks. its younger self lays at the body's side. "hi," it says. "yes i know you're there," the older replies. "hi," it repeats. "hi," says the older.

the younger holds the corpse's guts, pulled out of the body. "ugh don't play with that." the older says. "but it's so cool!" the younger protests. "it's gross." "i love you," the younger says. "OK."
