Would love some help in testing the new search of starter packs I've been building (like a crazed mad man). Just visit this super secret URL and search: blueskydirectory.com/starter-pack... Let me know if it's slower/faster and you get better results. #buildinpublic

It's fantastic. I think, it would be a help to filter for language and nation.

Might want to trim white space from the beginning and end of the search query. I’m getting different results if I accidentally add a space.

Working very fast here and the results are great, all of them matching my search ❤️

nice tool! I'll be using it. you might want to consider the clicking on any starter pack link to open a new tab instead of navigating to it on the same page (thus, going away from your webpage) — I'd like to keep your page open when clicking on so many links 😄

Very snappy! I did notice a lot of the links broken, do people create starter pack and then remove them or what's that about?

Seems a little faster and better search refining with multiple words. For example,"UNC sports" returns one where it used to return 506. Looks good.

I checked it out, and was unimpressed with the search. I tried "science" and didn't find anything I could use. That isn't to say it won't get better, it just isn't there yet.

What search engine are you using? OpenSearch? It seems good and fast. I didn’t test it much but previously the matches were really rough.

What did you use for the fuzzy search/indexation at the end? Algolia/typesense/meiliseaech?

I’m not sure if I’m going crazy… but I’m on mobile and I can click to view the sets. I’m assuming it allows me to mass follow people in sets ??

Was curious to see what the performance of the search server would be like. After the initial indexing of the now > 100K Starter Packs, things are looking very promising! 📉
