We don't have a mini split in our bedroom right now because there would be something viewable above our fence line, which violates HOA policy. So I say "hell yeah"
@asmchrisward.bsky.socialOne of my bills that came out of a conversation with a constituent is headed to the Governor’s desk. It is my firm belief that an HOA should not be able to restrict if or how you install an air conditioning unit at your home. This bill makes that clear.
