It is as though we will be going through an entire collapse of the world as we know it, and yet they through their numbers, will be spared. 🤷‍♀️Terrifying that those in power listen so that they too will be spared actioning anything worthwhile. All to save the economy while the world falls into a heap.

That post could be read as accepting the nonsense that GDP (bad measure anyway but it's what they use) would only hiccough rather than getting obliterated along with most species and almost all humans.
