Wild Inside, a documentary about New York's #Flaco the Owl, is now showing in American theatres. I hope it comes to the UK soon! Here's an unreleased #teletext artwork from 2024 depicting him roosting in a #CentralPark tree. Based on this photo: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Flaco_%... #ceefax #pixelart

Teletext pixel artwork depicting Flaco, a Eurasian Eagle Owl that escaped his enclosure in Central Park Zoo in February 2023. He lived wild in the park for a year, but collided with a building in Feb 2024. Here he is depicted in white and yellow, sitting in a red tree, resting during the daytime. He's fluffing up his feathers and looks like a marshmallow. Text at the bottom reads "RIP Flaco, 2010-2024. Fly Free!"
