Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn’t Nirvana, Pearl Jam, Soundgarden or Alice in Chains

The cover of the 1994 album the Downward Spiral by Nine Inch Nails. A textured, mixed-media collage by Russell Mills, featuring plaster, wax, rusted metals, surgical bandages, dead insects, and even the artist's own blood on a wooden panel, evoking themes of pain, healing, decay, and attrition with its raw, visceral yet subtly beautiful surface, resembling a biological or industrial wound
