This sucks, but it is a problem with tax laws, not Tesla. Any corporation that isn't taking advantage of existing tax law is not living up to its fiduciary obligations.

Funny how your clickbait headline says nothing about the 5 legal steps that Tesla followed to do this. Must be a special break for billionaires and not the law of the land for all companies that do the same. Hpe you got lots of clicks so people see the reality. Blame Congress. They passed them.
