A few years ago i started telling the folks who i love that i love them, and now my friends and I all tell eachother we love eachother freely and frequently.
If any of us pass we all know we were loved by them and loved them.
Probably had ADDED years to our lives. Highly recommend.
@fesshole.bsky.socialMan in my 50s here. Have started telling the important people in my life that I love them every time I see them. The embaressment, especially with the men, might shave a year or two off my life but I'm not stopping now. If I drop dead tomorrow they'll at least know how I felt.
