The name sounds like a 50s romance comic that tried to hop onto the kung-fu craze in the 70s by making their preppy high school girl lead a badass fighter.
Only it's an MCU Trish Walker situation; the in-universe comics are based off a real Courtney, who IS a kung-fu badass/former cheerleader IRL.
