For anyone wondering how to close the gap…get young Black voters (esp men) out to vote at much higher rates (which will take a ton of time & $ that’s hard to find when mobilizing Black voters).
Hard to convince older gen to listen to young folks if they think they’re not voting in the first place.

You might not know this because the punditry does such a bad job on Black politics, either ignorant or treating Black people as a monolith in service of some other narrative
