“Monitors”
Under 18 U.S.C. § 592, any federal official who orders, brings, or keeps "troops or armed men" @ a location where voting is occurring commits a felony punishable by up to 5 years in prison, unless such force is strictly necessary to "repel armed enemies of the United States."
