I understand that it's part of the grind and being a professional artist is difficult and you have to take every opportunity to get eyes in your work. At the same time, it often starts to feel dishonest and vapid... I wish people could make a good living off of just drawing whatever they want.

Most of the time it doesn't even work, look at video trends, when people try to make a living off of yt trends they just end up in the corners of the internet, trends are a one off thing but creating unique things is what distinguishes you from everyone else
