This is classic Mark Sutcliffe double speak. I know people who are inclined to support Sutcliffe but who are confused by his conflicting campaign messages. He is desperately trying to be all things to all people, but really his main vision for Ottawa is enriching developers. Vote Leiper.

And the area surrounding it, south Barrhaven, is the complete opposite of the "vibrant, walkable communities" he speaks about.
