This resulted in a groundbreaking co-production led by a team of 16 ND co-authors and published by RCSLT. Occupational health weren’t able to help us so we found our own answers through literature reviews, positive experiences from the group and anecdotal evidence www.rcslt.org/news/new-gui...

I started a peer support group for neurodivergent speech and language therapists 2 years ago with co-founder Laura Chapman and we now have over 350 members. Many of us thought we were the only autistic or ADHD SLT in the country but it turns out there’s a whole bunch of us.
