Ecterynka 🌱 @ecter.bsky.social · 28/07/2026Imagine i never got a confirmation e-mail and wanted to ask steam support what to do with it. I tried it. Can't find a way to open that ticket. It shows me two transactions for that order - one succeeded, one failed. Failed one is at status "ready to ship", so there is no button to open ticket. 111
