Aside from being based on a local species of carpenter bee (Xylocopa caerulea), Veebee has no regional/cultural significance. But Phanta and Pantasty are based on the sweet red soda drinks often provided as shrine offerings! Shiny form would have a translucent green liquid body instead of red!
