Some test pages for Wolves of Danu. We just wanted to see if we'd like working in black and white and if we liked the results. what do you guys think..?

A comic page featuring three panels of a banshee obscured by darkeness. She is calling Áine's name--quietly at first, and then louder. In the last panels, her eyes glow ominously bright. Her mouth is stretched impossibley wide as she calls for Áine one more time. Other eyes around her reflect light in the darkness.

Page 2. Áine shuts the door behind her, leaning her back against it bodily. She is tense and wide-eyed with an expression of horror. Her left hand clutches a key, and the door she is leaning against sports a keyhole. The room is too dark to see much beyond the door, where the moonlight hits it. Áine, with her back still against the door, pauses to catch her breath before turning to press her ear against the door--listening for the banshee on the other side. From further within the room, a chain drags across the floor, and there is a growling sound coming from off page.

page 3. A large, beastly hand steps forward into the moonlight. The chain that dragged on the ground is attached to an iron collar around the beast's neck. Áine's eyes turn towards the beast as she says "W-Well met..."
And, turning her body slight to face it, we see the beast's toothy, canine maw baring large, predatory teeth at her. Its eyes reflect back at her from the shadows that obscure its figure. Áine addresses it, "Mr. O'Faolain."

It's so neat! The way you use values makes for wonderful composition and easier readability which is always an A+

Oh that looks so good! 😳 I agree that sepia might also be worth trying.
