The NF element at their gigs was clearly a subject they didn’t feel comfortable with talking abt (& w/ little PR control didn’t know how to deal with as a band). 200

Saying we don’t want to attract more NF to our gigs is still naive at best in ‘79, if you contrast that approach with the emerging Midlands ska bands who were able to send anti racist messages in their music, and then were able to reinforce that visually on stage. 010
