YaS!!! God this pic is super old! That’s one of the reasons I struggle with my sona so much. My identity changed since I started drawing them and it’s hardly recognizable anymore *sobs in 2016 art*

At least your Splatsona’s aesthetic has evolved smoothly! Mine has been all over the place! It wasn’t until Splatoon 2 that I finally drew my Inksona. The Splatoon 1 art I have here was made by the Miiverse artist, Splatterai!

Drawing of my original Inksona by Miiverse celebrity, Splatterai! This was back in Splatoon 1 when I wore a Snorkel and a Shirt & Tie! I still had my trusty Splash-o-Matic!

Drawing of my Inksona from my Splatoon 2 days. This was the first time I drew my full Inksona on my own. (Before this, I had only started sketches, and never finished…) In this phase, I had a visor, a hockey jersey, and red-orange shoes. I had also traded the Splash-o-Matic for a Custom Splattershot Jr.
Drawn by me.

Drawing of my Inksona in my modern Splatoon 3 gear. Nowadays, I draw him with a Lo-Vis Visor, a Hula-Punk Tee, and U-Jelly shoes. In this mode, I’d switched back to using a Splash-o-Matic, with a fondness for the lil’ Crab Tank.
Drawn by me.

Erratic changes are still good! It’s good you’re changing and evolving them over time. Mine has been kinda boring for the most part
