Synchronicity re my recent post; brewing Elderflower Mead?
Decided to open a packing box from 6 yrs ago. Inside, 7 bottles of #Elderflower #Wine made 12th June 2015; completely forgot about it.
It would be rude not to try.
OMG, One of the best wines I've ever tasted.
