I started this #pixelart on 2025-03-05 and finally finished it today (hopefully lmao) 128x128 16 colours, taken from both #Pico8 palettes It's photo of a small monochrome #CRT electron gun, first converted using #RetroSpecs, then I went over and redrew almost everything. Minimum 25 hours of work.

$Heavily stylised pixel art of a CRT electron gun assembly at a roughly 45 degree angle. The pins that connect the electron gun's parts through the glass to the external socket are in the bottom left. The large dark blobby shapes are the glass seals around the pins. Closer to the middle are the tiny wires that connect the pins to the various parts of the electron gun, as well as the even tinier filaments that go inside the electron gun to heat up and emit electrons. In the top right quarter of the image is one of the 'cups' of the electron gun. I'm pretty sure this one is for the initial focussing of the beam, but I'm not completely sure. The top left, bottom right, and middle background are all reflections and refractions from the glass neck of the tube. PLEASE BRAIN STOP NOTICING TINY DETAILS AND MAKING ME FIX THEM AARGHH$
