UPDATE: Erin Lee, Exec Director of Protect Kids Colorado, the org behind 3 Anti-Trans measures on the November Colorado ballot, has joined the call to pardon a woman who had her child abducted in violation of a protective order to be sent to an out of state torture facility known for abusing kids.
@julierei.bsky.socialAnti-Trans attorney Erin Friday is attempting to petition Trump for a pardon for Shana Gaviola, a woman sentenced to 3 years for having her Trans child kidnapped in handcuffs from California to Missouri when the child had an active petition for emancipation as well as a protective order in place.
