Paul Garcia-Ryan has Withdrawn his Appeal of the Trial Court's Order Granting the Dismissal with Prejudice of Community Health Project dba Callen-Lorde.
As his 30 days to re-file the Complaint against the United States per the FTCA have expired, this case is officially dead.
