Am in the midst of some comparative work on international sustainability regulations for the data centre build out, and few thoughts: - Pleasantly surprised by the breadth of the community investment that's been secured (how binding is it...?) - No way they'll be on site *&* PV powered (cont.)

Oh goodness, I’m not so sure this is a good idea to put a water guzzler in a beautiful community which can easily be described as Queen of the suburbs. Water and power supply issues are likely. 🤨

- The self-provision / no net loss of energy to the grid is important - but the somewhat easier exam question. Harder is what impact it'll have on taking up the planned (or needed) *future* grid expansion pipeline. There's alternative electrification ⚡🔌 foregone in every siteing choice like this.
