I really hate it when someone sends me a message on LinkedIn (not that, that's fine) and I don't reply (which is also fine) and then they follow up with a passive aggressive "David?" - nothing else. Just my name, a question mark. Fuck off! If I was potentially gonna reply... I am not now!
