Maybe some Christmas lights?

A car covered in many colourful little lights.

Heart-shaped neon lights, in pink and red, hanging from a tree.

Or this?

A sculpture of a bird (probably a pukeko), made mainly from corrugated iron, sitting with legs crossed on the awning outside a craft supplies shop in Tirau, New Zealand. The bird has long eyelashes, and is wearing high heels, lipstick, and a "pearl" necklace and earrings.
