she's excitingly lovely with Pond's Powder and Pond's "Lips"

Secrets of defence organisation pass through
her capable hands and still remain secrets. Secrets
of her wartime beauty care she carries in the
pocket of her smart khaki uniform . . . the
green-and-gold case that holds her Pond's "Lips"
and her compact that holds Pond's Powder.
She knows, you see, that Pond's Powder clings
for hours and hours. . . whether she's on or
off duty. And it has the soft, fine texture that so
beautifully flatters a girl's skin. Pond's "Lips"
don't smudge or fade . . . they stay on and on.
All chemists and stores sell Pond's Powder and
Pond's "Lips"... four lush shades.
THRIFT is a weapon to defeat the enemy. All of us have
been asked to restrict our spending. You can help
by cutting down on your use of our products. Make
your lipstick and your powder spin out as long as you possibly can.
Pond's Lipstick and Powder are naturally economical to use, but
you can make them even more economical. In doing this, you'll
save money that will help our war effort in more ways than one.
