You don't *have* to use Jira, Trello, etc. to do game dev project management. Google Sheets and some formulas are often good enough.

I feel like I can weigh in on this!With Trello etc. the set up really only works for teams that ALL like using it & can get value out of it imo. I can't, my brain absolutely hates navigating it. Having everything in docs/sheets instead feels like I can actually see what we need. +1 Accessibility

All my game dev projects rely on: - My discord server for comms - An initial brainstorming doc to get ideas down - A VA sheet (lines for session recordings that I do for my actors) - Something we like to call the brain center (deliverables list) and, - A dream with cool friends to make it happen
