Appreciate the info. Started looking into stuff last night and find myself leaning toward a Samsung QD-OLED purely because my living room has a window to the side and another behind my couch, but the lack of Dolby (a thing I’ve never had) is giving me pause.

also tvs are always one of those things were it's best to see them in person. Don't necessarily have to buy it in person, but seeing what it looks like in the real vs a youtube review or whatnot is huge.

Those Samsung QD-OLEDs look phenomenal. And I've never had an issue with my Samsung tv. On the Dolby front-- I think the lack of dolby is a bit overblown. I really think the picture quality and color accuracy really negate any fomo.
