The eyes have it. The eyes have it. This pair of peepers will be watching me closely as I recreate around them this 2nd to 3rd century CE octopus mosaic found in a villa near Villaquejida in the Léon province of northern Spain (currently in the National Archaeological Museum, Madrid).
