I’ve received texts and emails from numerous environmental groups all year about this. It’s not news but there have been a few other things in front of it that drew our attention away.

Agency director Brian Nesvik ordered officials to identify refuges/hatcheries whose purpose the administration claims “no longer aligns with the mission.”
