Took my headache out to the wildlife ponds, where I was medicined by so many waterfowl & young ‘uns—goslings, ducklings, cygnets, moorchicks, cootlets. Two jackrabbit leverets, all ears, in the long grass. Plus who would ever have thought that algae would make me chuckle?
