Nethack 5.0 dropped last month. I think I'll take a sabbatical.

**Alt text:**
Screenshot of a terminal-style ASCII roguelike game. The screen shows a dungeon map rendered with characters such as `#`, `.`, and `|`, forming rooms and corridors on a black background. The player character, represented by an `@` symbol, is located in a small room in the upper-left corner. Several rectangular rooms are connected by winding hallways across the map. Various symbols indicate objects, doors, monsters, or items, including `<`, `>`, `{`, and colored characters near the lower-right room. A brown horizontal line marks a doorway or corridor connection near the center of the map. Status information is displayed along the bottom: the character is named “Archie the Digger,” with attributes including Strength 14, Dexterity 8, Constitution 10, Intelligence 14, Wisdom 18, and Charisma 11. Additional statistics show dungeon level 1, 14 gold pieces, 13/13 hit points, armor class 9, and 1 experience point. The overall appearance is reminiscent of classic text-based dungeon exploration games such as NetHack or Rogue.
