Little snippet of my comic (which I'm still working on) You know you've hit rock bottom when the apothecary is a Death Guard

Two comic panels, involving two original Warhammer 40K characters. In the first panel, a Death Guard apothecary is patting an Iron Warrior on the shoulder, saying "You're very healthy, good job !". In the next panel, the Iron Warrior, looking very tired, replies "Your joy is mildly unsettling". The Death Guard then says "I get that a lot".
