My group was supposed to be part of Magic Academy by Magics & Mystics event last August 1-2. But with all the things that transpired with its organizer, we decided to withdraw our participation & request refunds. This thread will serve as our public documentation of what we've experienced so far. 🔽

ー | TIMELINE OUTLINE | Jan 27: Our group fully paid Magic Academy's early bird rate. Jan 29: Payment acknowledged. Feb 15: Our group also fully paid early bird rate for PotAween. Payment acknowledged within the same day. Mar-May: No other updates from these events during these months.

ー Due to Patrons of the Art’s ongoing issues such as contradicting statements, almost non-existent communications with the artists & merchants, severe lack of proper promotions for remaining events, their (in)actions have led to our complete loss of confidence in these organizers & their management.
