🌌Kar 🌌 @astraphilos.bsky.social · 19/08/2026Ellipsus is a browser & cloud based writing software similar to Google Docs but they respect privacy - are anti-AI. They used to be a sponsor of NaNoWriMo if I recall. You can also split/merge multiple draft versions in the one doc too. 110
🌌Kar 🌌 @astraphilos.bsky.social · 19/08/2026It's free but if you want more bells & whistles you can do their Ellipsus Plus subscription but it's not necessary. And they recently added a feature to link your AO3 account & push your writing directly from their site to your AO3. 110
🌌Kar 🌌 @astraphilos.bsky.social · 19/08/2026As a former Google Docs writer it was very easy to jump in and adapt to, and I can write on all my devices (so if I'm on my iPad on the train, on my phone at 2am, have a slow day at work, etc) I can write! 010
