So that's why I get dizzy on a sip of beer. I'm pretty sure I have PMDD, which is super PMS complete with suicidal ideation. I feel like everyone actively hates me and wants to watch me suffer and die and I want to spite them in revenge. It's crazy. And I can smell male body odor a mile away.

Yes! When my son was a teenager, the smell coming out of his room would infuriate me. Poor kid 😅 I did a lot of apologizing to the kids after it was over every month. I took Prozac for awhile for the PMDD. That helped a LOT.

I don't get any benefit from serotonin meds because I have a short SLC6A4 aelle from both parents, so SSRI and atypical antipsychotics actually make me worse. Benzos help but are bad long-term.
