The TUF proposal says at least 75% of revenue generated (estimated $46M/yr) must be spent on maintenance. The remaining funds must be spent on Vision Zero-related stuff like bike/ped crossings, and so on.

If you're curious about political winds on this. My very strong hunch is - despite heartburn from some abt the TUF being regressive & imperfect - both of these new revenue streams will be broadly supported by council and will pass. Even the city's freight committee just gave unanimous support.
