#StarTrek "canon" suggests that most Temporal Integrity Commission work happens on Wells-class like the Relativity. But the Wells-class is *tiny* - 175ish crew, 150m (ish) long, and only has the one Temporal Transporter (as far as we know). The Premonition-class is a huge upgrade to that!

My reckoning is that the Premonition-class has upwards of 600-750 crew (if not more), and is sized to fly alongside the classic Sovereign and Vesta classes. And it has a dedicated time nacelle, which could support multiple temporal incursion handling.

So, by giving the Premonition-class (and thus the U.S.S. Titor) 6 different Temporal Operations Centers and modular Temporal Shielding, we have a "flagship timeship" that can do the duty of multiple Wells-class at once! Thank you for coming to my TED talk.
