I'm doing something of a pointless project trying to count all the lies in MGS2. This might be a new favorite.

Raiden asks Lieutenant Pliskin about Outer Heaven, followed by whether he knows anything about what the terrorists meant by it or their goals in general. Finally, Raiden asks why Snake didn't tell him about Arsenal Gear, to which Snake responds he learned when Raiden was fighting Fatman but Raiden never asked, which is labeled "LIAR" because he did ask about the terrorists' intentions.

Still, it's hard to be funnier than "His handle is Raiden. For the duration of the mission, could you call him that?" "Yes sir." (back to calling him Jack within FIFTEEN SECONDS)
