AI needs to be regulated more. These agents learn to lie, cheat and steal and it took awhile before it was noticed.
@gtconway.bsky.socialAt least HAL 9000 had an excuse. He was originally programmed not to lie, and became psychotic when he was given specific instructions that compelled him to lie. But those were the old days.
