Sorry if this is bitchy But why are my tax dollars being used to transport the body of slain ring-wing activist? He was a private citizen. I understand he was a friend of the VP but he was never a federal employee, soldier or the son of a President. Just seems inappropriate

I think that's a fair question. He's certainly being treated like a hero. No doubt his statue will be put somewhere. I don't recall that being done for any other private citizen.
