Pevsner naturally stuck some pejoratives in ("uncouth pinnacles") Maybe it shouldn't have been listed. Irony is, if it wasn't, it would probably have been repurposed and still be here. 2121

I'd rather proper residential structures that provide affordable housing replace them. but the drawn-out demise and sudden demolition of this building was appalling 150
