Yes and no, I’ve been to a few workshops, and am brushing up on my negotiation skills since that was always my weakest area. I really personally prefer when they put a range, because then that can more easily be compared to other jobs and the max from the get instead of having to request for more.
@millennial.swifties.socialAll salaries are negotiable. Do you know how to negotiate a salary ? There’s YT videos that will teach you. The salary you are offered by HR is 85% from the median. If you don’t negotiate past the median you are underpaid.
